Japan Avenue

Japan Avenue

Authentic Japanese beauty for Filipino shoppers, with the sourcing made legible.

Authentic Japanese beauty for Filipino shoppers, with the sourcing made legible.

Japan Avenue website hero

The Brief

Buying Japanese beauty in the Philippines meant guessing: grey imports, mystery batch codes and prices that moved every week. Japan Avenue sources everything itself. The site had to make that difference obvious.

The Challenge

A catalogue of more than two hundred products across ten categories, and an authenticity claim that would mean nothing unless a shopper could actually check it.

The Approach

We built a catalogue that states its sourcing plainly. Every item is bought in Japan and checked against its Japanese label and batch code before it ships.

What Shipped

Ten categories, from skincare to ceremonial matcha, run on CMS with native filtering and load more paging. Delivery, store hours and payment routes are spelled out rather than buried.

Outcome

A shop where authenticity is a checkable claim rather than a badge, and where a Filipino shopper can see exactly how an order reaches them.
